Our core belief is that by focusing on people first we will be able to generate exceptional long-term, risk-adjusted returns. This people-centric approach defined our ownership and management style over two generations at Bison Transport, and we believe it will guide us to continued future success. 

We also recognize that fund managers, business owners and management teams desire a quality investor in the same way that investors desire to have a quality management team. On that basis, we want to ensure that we’re providing more than just capital, that we’re truly making an investment where we feel we can help companies grow faster together than they can on their own. By leveraging our own intellectual capital and our deep roots in the Canadian business community, we bring the experience and relationships that these connections offer to help accelerate the growth of the companies we partner with. Additionally, because of our nature as a family office, we don’t have strict investment mandates or hold periods and so we are able to provide long term, patient capital across a variety of structures, allowing us to focus on what’s best for the long-term growth and longevity of the company’s that we partner with.
